Polyethylene

Polyethylene is 100% recyclable and is suitable for use in many industry sectors. The material is highly resistant to abrasion, wear and tear, chemical agents and impact. It is frequently used in industrial applications for its low friction coefficient, for its self-lubricating properties and for its high impact resistance, and it can be machined easily. It is also a very good electrical insulator, it is capable of withstanding low temperatures and is resistant to climate changes. It is commonly used in situations that require contact with food, as it is physiologically inert and is fully compliant with European Commission food standards (including FDA and BGA).
